What's a unit?
A unit is one property cleaned once: a house, an apartment or a serviced room. Clean the same apartment twice in a month and that counts as two units.
Why price by units?
Cleaning teams change all the time. Casuals come and go, and you shouldn't pay extra every time someone joins. Paying per unit means the bill grows only when your business does.
